Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Buck and Indigos Pup Co, every product is handcrafted with care. Many of our items are custom-made or personalized specifically for you.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Because our custom and personalized products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect customer-provided personalization, or other customer ordering errors.

If you have a special request, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to discuss customization options and help bring your vision to life.

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

Once work has started on your custom order, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing Times

All products from Buck and Indigos Pup Co are handmade, and many are customized specifically for each customer.

Our standard processing time is approximately 2 weeks business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Larger orders, detailed carvings, custom epoxy designs, and other specialty projects may require additional production time.

Processing times are estimates and do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier, destination, and shipping service. We typically ship with UPS.

We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will gladly assist with available tracking information.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the package or product appears damaged, photograph the packaging and item, and contact us promptly.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges or may not be possible.

Custom and personalized items are generally nonreturnable for changes of mind or customer ordering errors.
